**Warranty and Returns Policy**

**Introduction**

At Titan Motorcycle Co. of America, we recognize that purchasing motorcycle parts involves a significant level of trust. To protect your investment, we provide a warranty, returns, and refund policy designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

**Warranty Terms**

Titan Motorcycle Co. of America (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that our products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the applicable warranty period.

**Manufacturing Standards**

All products are designed and manufactured in our Arizona facility, in compliance with applicable U.S. standards. Each product is subjected to rigorous testing for quality and functionality prior to packaging and shipment.

**Warranty Coverage**

- **Duration:** The warranty period for our products is as follows:
- Badlands Modules (with specific exceptions) and most Letric Lighting Co. LED products are covered under a lifetime warranty.

- **Scope of Coverage:** This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover any defects or damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, alteration, or unauthorized repair of the product.

**Initiating a Warranty Claim**

If the Customer suspects a product defect, the following steps must be followed to initiate a warranty claim:

1. **Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:**
- Before returning any product, the Customer must contact the Company's Technical Department to obtain an RMA number. An RMA number is required for processing any warranty claims.

2. **Return the Product within 10 Business Days:**
- The defective merchandise must be returned to the Company within 10 business days from the issuance of the RMA. Products received after this period may only be eligible for account credit at the Company’s discretion.

3. **Product Inspection:**
- Upon receipt of the product, the Company will conduct a thorough inspection to determine if the product is defective. If the product is found to be defective, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to the Customer. If the product is found to be functioning properly, it will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's expense.

**Simple Warranty Item Resolution**

For issues such as non-operating LEDs in turn signals, the Customer may expedite the warranty process by following these steps:

1. **Document the Issue:**
- The Customer should take photographs or video evidence of the defect, ensuring that the product is powered and the defect is clearly visible.

2. **Prepare the Product for Return:**
- The Customer should cut the main black wire flush with the defective part and photograph the prepared item.

3. **Submit Documentation:**
- The Customer should email the photographs or video, along with their shipping address, to the Company’s Technical Department. Upon receipt and verification, the Company will process the warranty claim and provide a replacement product under the terms of the lifetime warranty.

**Returns**

The Company allows returns of products under the following conditions:

1. **Return Period:**
- All returns must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date. Custom-made products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

2. **RMA Requirement:**
- All returns must be authorized with an RMA number, which must be requested within 10 days of purchase. The Customer must contact the Company via email to initiate the return process and obtain the RMA number.

3. **Restocking Fees:**
- Returns of defective products or products that were incorrectly ordered will not incur freight or restocking fees. Returns for any other reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must include all components and be in new condition to avoid additional charges.

4. **Return Shipping Instructions:**
- The Customer must clearly mark the return package with the RMA number and ship it prepaid to:

**Note:** Any returns received without the proper RMA number will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

**Sale and Clearance Items**

All sales of clearance and sale items are final. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
