Manufacturing Standards: Some products are designed and manufactured in our Arizona facility, adhering to stringent U.S. standards. Each product undergoes rigorous quality and functionality testing before shipment.

 

1. General Returns

Eligibility: All items purchased from Titan Motorcycle Co. of America are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

Exceptions: Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or order confirmation is required.

Sale and Clearance Items: All sales of clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Obtain an RMA Number: Contact us at: Titanmcco@hotmail.com to request an RMA number before returning any product.

 

2. Defective Items

Replacement or Refund: If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original purchase receipt is required.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to a defective part.

Refunds: Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

 

4. Restocking Fees

Non-Defective Returns: A restocking fee of 25% may be applied to non-defective returns.

Exceptions: Restocking fees may be waived in certain cases, such as when the return is due to an error on our part.

 

5. Special Orders

Non-Returnable: Special orders, custom parts, custom made parts, electrical parts, or items that have been modified or altered are non-returnable.

Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in certain cases, such as if the item is defective or if there is an error on our part.
